The Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the independence, dignity, and quality of life of seniors, family caregivers and persons with disabilities residing in Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair and Washtenaw counties.

• Annual Implementation Plan Public Hearing To be held on Tuesday June 3.  The public is invited to attend and provide comments on how $21.3 million in federal Older Americans Act and state funds should be used to support seniors in Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair and Washtenaw counties. 

• Information and Assistance Are you a senior, family caregiver or person with a disability who needs assistance finding resources to help you or a loved one remain living at home for as long as possible.  Call and speak to a certified Resource Specialist at our agency who can answer questions and direct you to local resources.
• Financial Fraud Prevention GuideLearn how to prevent financial fraud from happening to you, how to report it if and when it happens, and guidance on how to recover from financial fraud crimes.
