Strategic Plan
In October 2009, the Area Agency on Aging 1-B Board of Directors adopted the agency’s first-ever strategic plan. We would like to thank those of you who were involved in the process through participation in surveys, focus groups, interviews, and committees. The Strategic Plan will serve to guide the agency for the next several years as we identify priorities and new opportunities for long term care services.
