Exhibits and Informative Presentations are Part of the Area Agency on Aging 1-B Caregiver Fair
The Area Agency on Aging 1-B supports and participates in several Caregiver Fairs throughout our region. These events are excellent resources for family caregivers – individuals caring for an aging or disabled loved one, neighbor or friend. Each event offers presentations on relevant topics that impact family caregivers from dementia,housing options, legal tips, and fall prevention to stress management, accessing local resources, and more. In addition, these fairs offer an opportunity for caregivers to visit with exhibitors – representatives from businesses and organizations – to learn more about services and resources available to help them with their caregiving needs.
