DSP 3-Year Bid Application Enrollment

***Note: The application deadline (12/1/11) has passed for the 3 – Year Bid agreement effective October 1, 2012.  Applications for these services are not being reviewed.  This website will be updated when an open application period occurs again.  The next planned open application period will occur in the Fall of 2014, unless a need to expand the pool occurs sooner.***

All agencies, including current vendors, interested in participating in the AAA 1-B vendor pool and in receiving referrals from the AAA 1-B for the below named services are required to apply for a three year bid agreement, effective October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2015  (Fiscal Year 13-15):

• Community Living Program Services (CLPS)
• Personal Care
• Homemaking
• In-Home Respite
• Personal Emergency Response Systems
• Medication Management
• Private Duty Nursing

DSP Vendor Manual (Operating and Service Standards)
The DSP Vendor Manual guides all AAA 1-B vendors on the DSP Operating & Service Standards. All vendors should be knowledgeable of these standards and processes. All vendors should be in full compliance with the AAA 1-B Operating & Service Standards. The DSP Vendor Manual was updated in September 2011 and can be accessed by clicking the title link above.
