DSP Vendor Manual (Operating & Service Standards)

The DSP Vendor Manual guides all AAA 1-B vendors on the DSP Operating & Service Standards.  All vendors should be knowledgeable of these standards and processes.  All vendors should be in full compliance with the AAA 1-B Operating & Service Standards.

Note: Agencies interested in providing in-home services including Homemaking, In-Home Respite, Personal Care, Medication Management, Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), Private Duty Nursing (PDN) and Community Living Program Services must apply for a 3-Year Bid Agreement by December 1, 2011.
