Deadline for Exhibitor Registration: Friday, June 7, 2013.

If you are interested in registering your business or organization to exhibit at the 2013 Caregiver Expo, please complete the online form below and submit with payment, no later than Friday, June 7, 2013. Booth spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. To ensure a booth space at the event and good placement of your booth in the ballroom, we recommend you do not wait until June 7, 2013, but instead register ASAP.

Booth spaces are 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep and include a 6 foot table, pipe and drape, two chairs and signage. The cost for corporate/business exhibitors is $450.00 per booth. The cost for nonprofit exhibitors is $175.00 per booth. Electricity is extra – $65.00 per booth. Please be sure to enter the name of your business or organization below as you would like the name to be listed in the event program and on signage.
