Deadline for Exhibitor Registration: Friday, June 1, 2012.

PLEASE NOTE: Booth spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. To ensure a booth space at the event and good placement of your booth in the ballroom, we recommend you do not wait until June 1, 2012, but instead register ASAP.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: After you complete this page and click the submit button on the bottom of the page, you will be taken to another page to process your credit card payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. You will NOT be registered, until your payment is processed. To verify that you are registered, you will receive an e-mail from service@paypal.com confirming your payment to the Area Agency on Aging 1-B.

If you are interested in registering your business or organization to exhibit at the 2012 Solutions for Family Caregiver Expo, please complete the online form below and submit with payment, no later than Friday, June 1, 2012. Booth spaces are 6 feet wide by 8 feet deep and include pipe and drape, two chairs and signage. The cost for corporate/business exhibitors is $450.00 per booth. The cost for nonprofit exhibitors is $175.00 per booth. Please be sure to enter the name of your business or organization below as you would like the name to be listed in the event program and on signage.
