Help Deliver the Holidays to Seniors in Your Community!

The Area Agency on Aging 1-B depends on donations from people like you to help deliver meals on the holidays.  Your donation will help ensure that seniors throughout southeast Michigan can enjoy a warm, festive meal and a visit from a friendly volunteer on holidays like Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Chirstmas, New Year’s Day, Passover and Easter.

Many of these frail, homebound seniors do not have family members to spend the holiday with. For many, the volunteer may be the only person they see that day.  For these seniors, the Holiday Meals on Wheels programs delivers much more than just a meal, it delivers the essence of the holiday–a warm smile and caring touch.

We ask that you support Holiday Meals on Wheels and help deliver a holiday to homebound seniors in your neighborhood this season.

A $50 donation = 8 meals
A $75 donation = 12 meals
