Integrating Care for People Eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid

This report contains the Committee’s findings; a set of principles to guide Michigan’s development of a successful integrated care model; identifies important questions that must be resolved before implementation of integrated care is initiated; and presents recommendations to protect the interests of consumers, providers, and the public.

2011 Stakeholders Survey Report
