Applying for the Medicare Program
In order to be eligible for any Medicare low-income programs, you must first be a Medicare recipient. Medicare is a Health Insurance Program for people age 65 or older, some disabled people under age 65, and adults with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure treated with dialysis or a transplant). To determine your eligibility for the Medicare program and apply, please visit Medicare.gov.
