If you’re a current MMAP Counselor, there are a number of links you can use to help you report your activities, get information or sign up or training or volunteer shifts.

Report a Counseling Session:

To report a counseling session, visit the SHIPTalk website and login. If you need assistance with obtaining a username or password, please contact Jennifer Therrien, Area Agency on Aging 1-B MMAP Manager


Report Your Participation at a MMAP Event:

If you’ve participated in a public event (given a presentation or worked in a booth at senior or health fair), report your participation using the MMAP Public and Media Events Participation Form (141 KB pdf document).  Just complete the form and return to Jennifer Therrien, Area Agency on Aging 1-B MMAP Manager.

Report Other MMAP Activity:
